Meet the SFP

The Ministry of Public Administration, an agency of the Federal Executive monitors federal public servants to adhere to the law when exercising their functions, penalize those who fail to do so, promotes compliance with the monitoring and control processes federal government, of laws in various areas, directs and determines the procurement policy of the Federation, coordinates and conducts audits on the expenditure of federal funds, coordinates administrative development processes, digital government, operates and leads the Professional Career Service, coordinates the work of the internal organs of control in each federal government department and evaluates the management of companies, also at the federal level.

The Ministry of Public Administration is responsible for carrying out the functions and powers assigned to it by the Organic Law of Federal Public Administration, the Federal Law of Administrative Responsibilities of Public Servants and other applicable legal provisions on the subject:

• Law of Procurement, Leases and Services of the Public Sector.
• Law of Public Works and Services Related to the Same.
• General Law of National Assets.
• Law on Professional Career Service in Federal Public Administration.
• The Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility.
• other laws, regulations, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic.
