Born May 21, 1935, in Culiacan, Sinaloa. Rafael Morgan Ríos is a CPA, auditor for the main office, graduated from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS) with accredited MBA at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores Monterrey (ITESM), both with honors. Among his professional activities - carried out in the fields of commercial, industrial, agricultural and livestock, property, publishing, mining, forestry, academic and construction - include many administrative and financial advisory services, and the exercise of managements, addresses and Branches within the many organizations that has worked. He directed the School of Accounting and Administration of the UAS, where he also served as secretary and chair. Similarly, it was in Culiacan ITESM, school of Economics, UAS, and the Free School of Accounting and Management of Culiacan. This has earned win prizes such as "Gabriel Mancera", awarded by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, for their outstanding work. The position held until the date of his appointment to the federal administration was deputy director general in the supermarket chain "stores Zaragoza SA de CV ", known as MZ (Markets Zaragoza). Invited to collaborate by the president of Mexico, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, held the position of undersecretary of Control and Audit of Public Administration of the Ministry of Public Service from the December 1, 2006 until December 14, 2011. |
